Violence Free Faith

Thank you for your interesting in becoming a board member of Violence Free Faith. We are glad you are here.

Violence Free Faith is in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) with the State of Texas and the IRS. To do that, we need a solid board to get us going.

Board Details:

• This is a working board, board members will be engaged in the operations of the organization at this time. In the near future, we’ll hire staff and transition the board to a governing board.
• We have a three year term limit, two terms in a row.
• There is no financial contribution required.
• We do ask that you bring your skills, gifts, and talents to our group so we can found ourselves on our values.

• All board meetings will be virtual, over Zoom.
• Board meetings will number about 6 a year (every other month).
• Board member must commit to attending 4 our more meetings and if unable to attend read minutes post-meeting.
